About Pearl Ascent Initiative

Pearl Ascent Initiative is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable tourism and community development in Uganda. We work closely with local communities to ensure that tourism benefits everyone, preserving the natural environment and cultural heritage for future generations.

Our mission is to uplift communities through responsible tourism, providing education, healthcare, and economic opportunities. We believe that tourism can be a powerful force for good, creating a brighter future for Uganda and its people.

Founded in 2020 by Ms. Aisha Nakato, a passionate advocate for community empowerment, Pearl Ascent Initiative has already made a significant impact in the regions of Kasese, Jinja, and Kisoro. Our projects include supporting local schools, providing clean water sources, and promoting sustainable farming practices.
